Thank you for joining me. Student agency is defined as activities that are meaningful and engage students as well as give them a choice to choose how they represent a topic. Today’s episode deals with student agency and use of two applications frequently used in my classroom: Adobe Spark and Flipgrid. Students produced phenomenal videos which utilized maps, images, text, and voice narration after examining the push and pull factors of immigration. It was one of more rewarding assignments for me as a teacher this year during our remote learning experience to see the progress students have made in their work.
